- Conditions of access and accommodation for the musicians, if the event is held in a location that is difficult to access.

 

- Contact with the person responsible for the event venue to ensure the necessary permissions and infrastructure for the musical performance (e.g.: electricity points, resting areas for musicians).

 

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may compromise the quality of the service and, in serious cases, result in cancellation.
